Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use Pollora

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pollora. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account, which permanently removes your profile and content.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the polls, comments, images, and other content you post. By posting, you grant Pollora a license to host and display that content within the app so it can be shown to other users.

4. Acceptable Use

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Harassing, threatening, hateful, or targeting any person or group
• Sexually explicit, violent, or graphic
• Illegal, fraudulent, or infringing on others' rights
• Spam, scams, or deliberately misleading

You also agree not to impersonate others, harvest data, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

5. Moderation

We provide tools to report polls, comments, and users, and to block abusive users. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts, within 24 hours where appropriate. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Pollora and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer

Pollora is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
